I had to register to post this, and the process wasn't quick & easy, so please know that I REALLY mean what I say here!
ATTN New Buyers! Smove has now asked me a second time to retrieve a lost package that was sent to the wrong address, when the Post Office has already told me that it is the SELLER'S(Smove's) responsibility to file an insurance claim with USPS and REFUND or REPLACE the item shipped to the buyer(me).
For all that have purchased...AND received their products: I REALLY hope that the item performs much, much, MUCH better than their customer service has so far!
But...
Hopefully Smove will resolve this promptly and refund my payment as requested so that they can have more positive comments from satisfied customers, to oppose these not-so-flattering comments by dissatisfied ones! :-D
