How to Choose the Right Lens. Comparing Focal Lengths to Show How They Affect Photos (VIDEO)

Are you in the market for a new lens? Well, then you should definitely check out the below video where photographer Pierre T. Lambert compares six different lenses/focal lengths to show how they affect your shots so you can pick the right one for you.

“There’s this question I’ve been asking myself all the time: what lens should I use for a specific type of photo? Is it going to be a long lens like 200mm, or should I shoot wide 16mm, or 35mm, or 50mm?” he asks. “There is so much choice in focal length that sometimes it’s a bit confusing. So today we’re going to go and shoot the exact same image at 16, 24, 35, 50, 70, 105, 200mm, just to show you the different effects.”
