We all know that accidents happen but we try very hard to avoid them. In the brief and very effective video below (which was created by B&H Photo, Brilliant Champions and OnTime Studios) we see a sight that every photographer has come to dread: camera gear being dropped onto a hard surface with devastating and destructive results.

This was an incredibly close call. Top professional Alpine skier Marcel Hirscher of Austria was nearly hit by a falling drone during a slalom race.

Our host may be an adorable puppet but the message presented in this video is a very good one.

We’ve really been enjoying The Lab’s ongoing video series about photography and the group’s latest clip (embedded below) could be its most creative one yet. In the 2:30-minute spot titled “MINDFRAME – Think First. Shoot Later.”, six photographers are invited to a cemetery and are asked to capture “eternal life” in a single photo.

The creative minds of the Mystery Hour present this humorus (and all too true, because we all know someone like this) video about the perils and pain of having an Instagram obsessed spouse.
