On the way from Mammoth Lakes down to Bishop, CA, I turned off the main highway and came across this bucolic scene which reminded me of a Hudson River School of Painting out of mid-19th century art. Taken with a Holga Camera, Portra Film, probably ASA 400, and developed and printed without any manipulation. In the background are the Sierra Nevada Mountain range and Yosemite National Forest. It has such an unreal nature to it that I included it in a series "Transformations: Imaginary NatureScapes."
