I got up early and was itching to go out and take a sunrise shot somewhere, I ended up waking up late and with such limited time I had to go somewhere close to home. I live near Clinch Mountain and I hadn't done a sunrise here in a while. The clouds filled the valley and in the distance you could see a large band where the clouds ended. As the sun came up light bounced around under the clouds and put on a colorful show. It's funny how things just work out sometimes.
