'Color through the smoke'. Last night was a strong possibility of northern lights here in southern Manitoba and around the world. Our skies were unique in that smoke from the forest fires hung all around. Over a few hours of waiting, some color finally did shine through and created a backdrop that was uniquely different and beautiful.
