Photographed this mother and one of her babies. She had a litter of 10 and only has 7 left because of where she built her den. Her den is 5 feet from a major highway.
I have done everything in my power by posting on social media for cars to slow down in that area so she does not lose any more babies because of people speeding.
The mother looks wonderful considering the large litter she had. I have a lot of photos of her and her pups.
I use a DSC-H400 Sony Camera. 1/250s, F6.1, ISO100, 151.0mm. I push the zoom capabilities of this camera to its limits.
