I was having no luck in trying to photograph a jittery kitty playing on an old wooden swing. I've haven't done many pet photos as they are not exactly inclined to oral instructions. Toys and treats weren't working. I was using my 70-200mm lens so I wouldn't make the animal any more nervous than it already was. It wasn't until I was standing very close to the subject and hit the shutter for a test shot that I got the beast attention. I change to my 24-70mm lens and got as close as I could. The little beast starting posing like a well paid model. I got the kitten facing me and the owner was happy with the shot.
