On a drive in northern Minnesota the bald eagle perched confidently on a hydro pile stayed long enough for a image capture. My camera setting was not optimal as I had been using it previously for aircraft panning and I was fortunate to be able get a l relatively sharp headshot. What I like most of this one is the black and white balance of the facing looking towards me. Half in light, half in dark. Canon R7, rf100-500 L f4.5-7.1, iso100, f11, 1/250sec
