The Gulf Fritillary caterpillar is pretty crazy looking on the Passion Flower vine. I shot this handheld with my Sony a6000! I use 26mm of extension tube rings for this. Definitely taken while the air was still or calm. In and out focusing with burst mode enabled, so the odds of a crisp take were on! Image is from my sub-tropical garden in Venice, Florida. Taking a photo is Cool, making a photo is even more Cool! I purposely frame so the background is interesting whenever I can.
