Early one morning in Coronado, CA I was warming up to play a round of golf at the the Coronado Golf Course. San Diego's iconic Coronado Bridge frames the east side of the golf course that's located on an arm of San Diego's harbor. The sun began to rise behind the bridge and the trees on the boundary of one hole. Since I carry my camera everywhere, I put down my putter and I pulled out my pocket camera to capture this image of the sun back lighting the bridge and the trees that cast dramatic shadows on the fairway. I was fortunate that my golf warm-up routine produced a non-routine image of the sun warming up the the sky, bridge, trees and golf course.
