I was out at the lowest point of the Blue Ridge Parkway recently. I hadn't been here in a few years and it is one of my favorite places, I actually credit this spot for it inspiring me to become a photographer. I can't explain what it is I love so much. I shot this during the "Blue Hour" late in the evening. Thick clouds blanketed the sky, so there was very little light coming in from the sunset. Blue tones took over the area, which I personally love.
