Arch At Sunset_bw St. Louis MO

There were steps on this side of the arch leading to a parking lot next to the river. The river was at flood stage and reached up to the second step which limited how back I could get. It wasn't quite enough to get the whole arch in the frame. The rays of the setting sun really helped to fill in area under the arch.
