Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) has announced Adobe Photoshop CS3 and
Photoshop CS3. Extended, two new editions of the professional industry standard
for digital imaging. Photoshop CS3 software is a major upgrade, offering new innovations
in editing power and productivity for designers and photographers. The addition
of an entirely new version of Photoshop, Photoshop CS3 Extended, means creative
professionals can now discover new dimensions in digital imaging, harnessing everything
in Photoshop CS3 plus groundbreaking tools for 3-D, motion graphics, image measurement

Adobe has released an update to the Adobe Digital Negative specification (DNG),
a publicly available archival format for the raw files generated by digital cameras.
This update provides new and expanded specifications that provide the digital
imaging industry with increased flexibility and improved workflow for their raw
images. A DNG Codec for Windows Vista has also been released on Adobe Labs, allowing
photographers utilizing the Windows Vista platform to work with raw files in a
more seamless manner.

Adobe Systems has announced an update to the Camera Raw plug-in for Photoshop
CS2, extending raw file support to 17 additional digital camera models. The
free download expands on the raw file support integrated in Photoshop CS2 for
digital cameras from leading manufacturers. Camera Raw functionality in Photoshop
CS2 now supports more than 113 camera models and enables photographers to easily
manipulate raw files without sacrificing image quality. Photographers using
the Camera Raw plug-in can quickly and easily import and manipulate raw data,
saving time while increasing their creative control.

Adobe is hoping you’ll take the latest version of its popular Lightroom photography software everywhere. Called, simply, Lightroom CC, the new cloud-based app is designed to let you edit and organize full resolution versions of your images from your mobile phone to your iPad, laptop and desktop computers. (And, if you’re like most photographers these days, you probably have all those devices.)

Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced Adobe Photoshop Express
public beta, a free Rich Internet Application (RIA) available to anyone who
wants to store, sort and show off digital photos with eye-catching effects.
During the public beta period, Adobe will solicit Photoshop Express user feedback
on product features and functionality, which will continue to evolve over time.
As the newest addition to the Photoshop family line, Photoshop Express has taken
much of Adobe's best image editing technology and made it simple and accessible
to a new online audience.

Adobe announced this morning that final release versions of Lightroom 5.6 and Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) 8.6 are now available.

Adobe customers can can get the apps through the update mechanism in Photoshop CC and Photoshop CS6, or through the download links at the bottom of this page. Adobe says these updates correct "issues reported in earlier versions of Lightroom 5 and Camera Raw 8," without being specific about what those issues were.
