This image was created during a visit to NYC (Obviously). I spent about 4 hours on the observation deck of the Empire State Building looking for the best photo ops. As the light began to change at dusk, I began a frenzied circling of the deck to find the right shot. Finally, this light and view all came together and I was ready for the capture.
