As the ship left Antigua, the pilot departed. To me it was a rather lonesome scene, but not in color. We were heading directly into the sun and while my original exposure was 1/400@F/8, I knew that only photoshop and my Nik Silver Effects Pro could give me the image I wanted for the solitude I saw. To me, the B&W image gave me the feeling I felt when I made the exposure.
Shot with a Nikon D-700, 80-200 Nikkor Zoom, and opened in CS-2 with Nik Silver Effects Pro.
