This composite image was made from two photos taken with a Nikon D7000 and a Nikkor 70-300 mm VR lens at f/11. The red tulip was photographed at 300 mm and 1/800 sec. Three copies of that photo were adjusted to different sizes, orientation, and opacities and then superimposed. The purple tulip was photographed at 230 mm and 1/640 sec. That photo was resized and placed over the red group. The final image made a nice “Happy New Year” card.
