It was a beautiful morning for a hike and for me, there is no place better than the Appalachian Trail. I went out to the Roan Highlands, they are known for some of the best views in the area, with some places having a complete 360 degree view. The trail is absolutely stunning through here and provided me with plenty of opportunities for some great places to set up and watch the sun rise up over the Blue Ridge Mountains.
