The section of Pont Neuf shown in this photo spans the Seine between the left bank and Ile de Cite. A Nikon D70 was used with a Tamron 28-200 mm lens at 46 mm. The exposure was f/11 and 1/500 sec. Topaz and Nik plug-ins were used to produce a bright “painterly” effect.
