Always looking for beach treasures on a shoreline walk, I decided to take a closeup of this discarded shell at Fort DeSoto County Park. I left the shell undisturbed to keep the grains of sand in the grooves. Photographed with a Nikon Coolpix P900, Aperture Priority; 1/200 sec; f/7.1; ISO 100
