A scene in the Myakka River State Park in Florida. In my travels through Florida for my day job, I would often get an opportunity to steal away for some photography. This is a great location for nature photography. Because of the lateness in the morning the sun was too harsh, so I had to find these shaded areas that provided a nice contrast with the light and dark. This is my black and white version converted in Nik Silver Efex Pro 2 and further processed in Adobe Lightroom 4.
