Feel Blocked as a Photographer? Remember, There's Always a Different Way to Shoot the Dog (VIDEO)
If you think you’ve run out of ideas as a photographer, watch the below video from Light Club that presents one seemingly small but actually much bigger idea: shoot the dog.
In this inspiring visual essay, Light Club uses dog imagery from over a dozen photographers and one filmmaker to prove there are endless ways to capture man’s best friend. Think of it as different take on another well-known pet saying: there’s more than one way to skin a cat.
While the video is about dog photography, specifically, the point is you can always come up with a new way to photograph anything, you just have to use your imagination. Photographers featured in the video include many famous and not so famous names including Eadweard Muybridge, Elliott Erwitt, Andrius Burba, Christian Vieler, Greg Murray, Carli Davidson, Seth Casteel, Julia Christie, Wes Anderson and more.
