On a business trip for the National Park Service in April, 1989, I was having lunch in the cafeteria at Ellis Island National Monument. Looking up, I just happened to notice that the World Trade Towers in Manhattan were nicely framed by the door. This is the resulting image, years before 9-11. Who knew... back then?
Equipment was Minolta body and lens; exposure not recorded, but this was slide film, possibly Ektachrome 200.
