I was in Yosemite National Park, walking along the Merced River, watching the dogwood blossoms move in the breeze blowing through the canyon. I wanted to capture that movement so used a slow shutter speed and moved the camera ever so slightly in the direction of the breeze as I pushed the shutter. I used a Nikon D80 with a 28-200 zoom at about 150 mm. I converted it to B&W in Photoshop, adjusting levels and burning in a few areas to get the black background.
