The expert monument lighting and the bright Parisian street lamps made it possible to capture this night scene in the Notre Dame plaza. The photo was taken at about 9 PM in early April with a Nikon D7000 and a Nikkor 16-85 mm lens at 26 mm. The exposure (hand-held) was f/8 and 1/25 sec (ISO 3200).
