Not your typical beach shot...no crowds...just you...and your thoughts. Solitude at its best. Shot with a D-700 and the Nikkor 70-200MM lens, 1/800@F/18. Opened with CS-2 and Nik Silver Efex b&w conversion.

I like the solitude of the shot...especially when one considers the hundred of so other people on the beach. Split second shooting and selective cropping can make a good photo.
