Actually a phenomenon that occurs twice a year here in the Ottawa area. You'll see it again when the sun is on it's way back to "Northern" West after Christmas. I've watched this for a few years and wondered what the source was and am suspecting a large lake, possibly a Great Lake. So.... on that note, cheers. :) Have a great day.
