As kids, we would spend one weekend in the summer at grandmas, about a half mile away. in the afternoon we would walk to this truck, then back to grandmas. Why the metal awning? You can't see to drive it. Maybe, the owner planned to retrieve it someday, and didn't want the sun to ruin the interior. It seems to blend in with the maple tree here. In April of 2004, it was removed for house construction.
