This was shot using a 300 mm f4 Nikon lens with a 1.7 mm converter with a Nikon D500. These photos were at the end of a sequence of 180 frames over 18 seconds. Eye contact with owl was maintained throughout.

How did you get this shot? Was this at a workshop or something? Is that mouse dead already? Amazing hunting shot...
