In Harpers Ferry W. VA, I spotted this yellow car coming slowly over the hill into the historic town. I had that “split second” flashback looking through the viewfinder of me as a five-year-old sitting in the rear window sill looking up at the trees passing by. We hardly drove fast in those days. Just “cruising” along. BTW, that’s a ’53 Chevy Bel Air and it’s the same year, make, & model of the car from my childhood! I usually “see” in black and white when photographing, but when I started processing this image, I just had to leave the yellow in the photo!
