Palm trees, with distinct fronds, produce nice silhouettes. This photo was taken near the shoreline of Fort de France, Martinique, at about 6 AM with a Nikon D750 and a Nikkor 24-85 mm VR lens at 72 mm. The exposure was f/8 and 1/1000 sec (ISO 1600).
