On a very cold January day I took this photo in the Columbia Gorge at Horsetail Falls. I used a Nikon D 7100, Nikkor Zoom Lens (18-200 mm.), and a B&W circular polarizer. The ISO was 400, F/16, 1/15th second exposure, and a Focal Length of 38 mm. I used a Gitzo Tripod and Arca-Swiss Head.
