This image was captured from the twenty-second floor while I was on break from a meeting. Placed a Panasonic Lumix LX100 with DG Vario-Summilux f1.7-2.8 lens against the window. Shot the scene with a variety of apertures but choose a very shallow DOF to process due to dirt on the outside glass. Converted to black & white with NIK Silver FX Pro 2 adding in some structure. Finished in Adobe Photoshop by blurring the small patch of moving clouds and dodging and burning.
