Intake II is the odd name of a popular fishing spot in the Eastern Sierra. It's also surrounded by beautiful stands of aspen, so it attracts both fly fisherman and photographers. I had pulled over to the side of road to shoot a beautiful aspen stand when I saw this amazing light below me on the lake. The fly fisherman just added to the mood. Gear: Canon 5D MkIII, 70-200 mm f2.8 lens, tripod. Settings: ISO 100, f14, 1/40 sec.
