In my brother in law's yard, I noted a dragonfly resting on a curved steel rod. I ran to get my camera, hoping it would stay still for a couple of minutes, and it did. The camera is a Nikon D7100 with AF-S Nikkor 10-24 at the 24 setting. I didn't have time to change the lens! In photoshop, I made the image more vivid.
