Gary Behrens photographed his wife’s Poached Pears using a Canon 5D with an EF 100mm Macro USM lens set at 1/320 second, f/3.2, and ISO 400. He says she is a chef-quality cook. They include a recipe and photograph of her creations with their Christmas cards.
