While killing time in a welding shop while my car was being worked on, I noticed this acetylene torch and thought it made an interesting subject to explore photographically. The original color image was converted to monochrome and processed in Lightroom 5. Gear: Canon 5D mk2, Canon 24-105 F4 L lens @ 58 mm. Exposure: ISO 1600, 1/6 second @ F 8.0.
