My name is George Shearer. I shot this dark image with a Nikon D-100 camera set on aperture priority at F-stop of F/9. ISO was around 200 I think with an exposure time of 1/250 sec. with a focal length of 52 mm.
The lens used was a Nikon AFS Nikkor 18-200 3.5-5.6 G ED.
I got the image at Inner Harbor, Baltimore Md., during a summer celebration with many tall ships on hand. The image is of the water which had an oily aspect to it on certain areas of the water around the harbor.
I worked the final image in Topaz and Adobie 12 to arrive at the dark result.
