I shot this in HDR color merging 5 pictures taken at 1EV steps using a tripod mounted Olympus e-30 DSLR and Zuiko MKI 14-54mm lens at 28mm and f/8, iso 100. Merging was done using Photoelements as well as black/white conversion. Slight sharpening applied to buildings and a Gaussian blur applied to water for effect.
