Saturday July 4, 2009. I wanted to get pics at the railroad tunnel in Lake Oswego, Oregon. When I reached it I wasn't inspired to take anything. With the tripod and camera attached, I headed home. About 60 yards away from the tunnel entrance; mama deer and 2 babies showed up besides the tracks. I pulled the tripod up to extend the legs fearing to mom it looked like I was shouldering a rifle. Cautiously completed, I managed to get this along with a few others of the outdoor family outing. Only as close as mom would let me get. Sony SLT-A100, F 6.3, shutter 1/250 sec, focal length 80 mm, ISO 100.
