I've found that walking the foreign cities at night gives one many opportunities for great photos. This was made while hiking to the Vatican.
I feel that the foggy look adds to the mood of the photo (although there was no fog). The fog was contributed by Nik filters and CS-2. I used a Nikon D-700 witht he 80-200 Nikkor zoom.
