I took this image of professional boxers Ryan Riddell (2-0) and Ray Lopez (0-2) on July 16th during the boxing event IRON BOY 34 at the Celebrity Theatre, in Phoenix Arizona.
In this photograph, Riddell had just previously knocked down Lopez before continuing their bout with this second time punching Lopez out of the ring through the ropes. I had to pick out of three different images and finally selected this one because I thought it would fit the criteria of action with emotion better than the other two.
This photograph was made with a Canon 6D and a Canon Ultrasonic 28-135mm 3.5-5.6 lens at 85mm, 1/250 second, ISO 16,000.
