This photo was taken on 7/7/2013 using a table-top tripod, sitting on a seawall, opposite the Tampa Convention Center. This was a bright, sunny day and therefore a 9-stop ND filter was used to smooth the water and provide movement to the clouds. Shutter speed was 25 seconds at f/22, ISO 100.
