With only three days in Tucson, we were dismayed to see the weather forecast - cloudy cold and rain, but as we drove up to this mission, the sun broke through the clouds to illuminate the front of this old church. While our friends parked the car, I jumped out and got low to the ground by the shaped symbol in the courtyard approaching the church and got this shot before the sun finally disappeared again.
The slightly lighter area behind the church is natural - not added in Photoshop!
Taken with Sony A7R II with 16-35mm F4 lens set to 16mm. Exposure was 1/160th at F9.0. ISO 100.
Processed mainly in Lightroom with a couple of people and trash cans removed in Photoshop.
