This shot of my good friend Steven Mangiacapre was taken in September 2013 in Carolina Beach NC. It was shot using a Canon 7d and Tokina 10-17mm in a SPL water housing at 13mm f9 800th sec. at ISO 320. Post processing was done in Lightroom 5.
