This image was shot at the monastery in Assisi Italy where St Francis is said to have stayed when my wife, Claudia, and I were on vacation last fall. I noticed the geometry that the intersecting rooftops made and I especially liked the bit of sunlight hitting the one rooftop. I made the monochrome conversion in OnOne software and continued post-processing in Photoshop. The image was shot with a Nikon C800 and a Nikkor 24-120 VR lens. The ISO was 400 at f6.3 and 1/125 sec.
