I captured what appears to be an American Coot courtship or mating dance at El Dorado Park in Long
Beach, CA. I'm not an expert, but the one Coot (male?) was going around this other Coot (female?) on what appeared to be, at least to me, as water dancing. Whatever this behavior was, it was still interesting to watch. Captured with a Canon 7D Mark II and EF 400mm f/5.6L USM lens at 1/3200 sec, f/6.3, ISO 640, 400mm.
