I shot this with my Nikon D700 just as I was walking out of the subway station near City Hall in Daejeon Korea. My old Nikkor 35-70mm f 2.8 lens was just starting to fog up when I snapped this with settings of 400s, f 4.5 at 70mm. My ISO was set at ISO200.
The weather was severe, with high winds and blizzard like snowfall. The people here were trying to make their way to the subway.
