I was shooting this sunset storm with my wide angle lens from a little too far away. Directly above the clouds was nothing but blue sky, I liked the contrast that provided, but I thought the real drama was the deep red and orange just over the grassy dunes. I switched to an 85mm portrait lens and framed without the blue above.
