While visiting Havana, Cuba, I had the lucky opportunity to visit one of the famous boxing rings in Old Town and watch the boxers train and spar in the ring.
The bright sunlight would momentarily light up the boxers as they moved around the ring, usually resulting in one being in the shadow while the other was brightly lit. The sweat on the boxer's back glistened in the sun, his red shorts exploded in color against the blue sky. All the while, an observer watched from the window. I captured this image just as the boxer moved forward towards his opponent, who stepped back into the shadows.
